WebNov 8, 2024 · I prefer death match, but I also prefer folks to have options to play other modes if they want. The fix: 1. Make random default 2. Make the daily win bonus only active for the random queues. I would expect these two changes to drive enough traffic toward the random queues resulting in a much higher likelihood of modes other than deathmatch.

WebDefault option is "solo deathmatch". Most people dont bother switching the mode, most people dont even know/dont see that there is small dropbox which allows to switch mode. It is very likely that people from "solo any match" are matched to people in queue for "solo DM" coz system tries to match people faster.
