I have a Microcenter/Inland branded 1tb Phison e12 based SSD, which normally should get around 2000-3000 mb/s writes, but mine is only getting around 1000 mb/s. I did some research and it looks like this speed is the drives write speed without SLC cache, so it looks like my cache is full and can no longer use it. I just got a 1 TB TeamGroup M34 NVMe in a Phison E12 PCIe x4 plug in card and with Microsoft pulling the hotfix to attempt to push us all to upgrade to Windows 10 there were a few minutes of frantic googling to find another site to get this driver. Much appreciated. Webb3 aug. 2024 · Tested on my Corsair MP510, worked fine with slight improved performance over firmware version 12.2. Should be compatible with all Phison E12 based NVMe SSD. Use at your own risk. If you're updating from older firmware version such as ECFM11.x, a wipe would occur. Always backup before flashing firmware.
